Costume credit goes to One Tree Hill. This was their cheerleading outfit in season 1 and I loved it so much, I took the design so ideas go to them. The little cheering Neko girl is me, chibi style XD I like how i drew the hair twice the body size haha. Reminds me of Blossom from PPG. I had no clue how to color the pom poms so bare with me.
